@gurlcode Thanks for normalizing this! I aim to look calm on the outside but my insides go into full on meltdown mode. Good to know that might not go away and that's okay!

@llmunro Watch out world, ENORMOUS pockets in everything, coming right up

@KristinInTech @llmunro Can’t get anymore lopsided than when Mom figure her aunt was seamstress so she should be able too as well….problem…aunt by marriage not blood. 😱😳 Dining room table covered with dress pieces for months. Best goof used left sleeve pattern for right sleeve, never fit her right.

@erikaybar_ I love this. It's like a living funeral, but for your professional self! We are definitely going to be implementing this as a supplement to the less fun "let's all gather around and try to divine what knowledge only you hold and should write down in the next 3 days" ceremony

@sdmouton That is a helpful reminder. I'm tempted to try and gloss over the differences between the two groups and be one happy team, but that's probably going to backfire at some point. Thank you

@KristinInTech I could say a lot but more or less it's:
be genuine and welcoming. try not to use language or convey information in ways that are oriented towards everyone in the group being an employee. when you have to, make it clear what's going on and separate groups kindly and gratefully.
