@TheRubberVoir I spent a few weeks getting to 1000 in Servants back when hourglass came out and pvp is exhilarating when both parties are actually engaging in said pvp. Some players are pure PvE (and I really enjoy just grinding) can see merit in it, but itโs very unfun watching people sail off

if someone wants to chase you down for your haul your only choice is to fight because unless you manage to get a lucky keg off and sink them theyre gunna keep chasing you. all youre doing is delaying the inevitable while also waiting until its too late to fight back.

@TheRubberVoir Typically theyโre just in a disadvantage and never really turn around to take it head on. Going in for a fight canโt be obvious and if you donโt immobilize the boat quick itโs just gonna be a chase game for however long they maintain speed.

@TheRubberVoir Thatโs the biggest problem imo. Itโs like rust on a boat. Small bursts you donโt need to feel threatened by fighting but as you stay on longer your haul grows and therefore you can lose more. I donโt blame people for running with hours worth of loot onboard.
