To every man out there, your father is the first blueprint you’re given in life. Study him. Learn from his mistakes. Build on the things he did right. My father barely drank maybe once or twice a year. But when he did, it was always extreme. To the point where people had to escort him home… neighbors, colleagues, even distant relatives. And for days, it would be the same cycle until it passed. Watching that shaped me. It taught me discipline in a quiet but powerful way. Today, I take my alcohol intake very seriously not because I was told to, but because I saw the consequences firsthand. We don’t always have perfect examples, but we always have lessons. Take the lesson. Be better. End.
