@importantmeagan Vance lives around the corner from me in Cincy and early AM the day he was announced, it was the same thing at his house. The sheer number of law enforcement, cars & black SUVs that just appeared made it obvious. 4 hours later, it was public. Now they never leave & create issues.

RANT: I completely regret purchasing a @fi_dogs collar. Hasn't worked in 2 mos and customer service is ludicrous. They've now balked on replacement promises after a month of tests, and refuse to refund or cancel for a defective product. Fi won't work if your dog gets lost.

Watching Love Actually for the first time.

It shows what someone means when the news of @GrantWahl’s passing spread so quickly and shockingly - and people reached out personally to mourn together and not just “thoughts & prayers.” The soccer community lost an icon yesterday. And so, so many people lost a true friend. 💔

It may be hard for non-soccer fans to understand what his passing means to this community, but it’s absolutely stunning and gutting. He created a connection to the game - to sports a everyone from the non-fan to the game’s biggest superstars. And he was a legend.

Still cannot comprehend the news last night but started thinking about the last time I connected with Grant. He was in Cincy for the #USMNT game at @TQLStadium and I met up with his producer @ipswichtwn who is an old friend.

Love it … Clint Dempsey saying he likes players “who have personality, who have bite, who play with an edge” is so appropriate. He loves it because he WAS that player.

Sitting in the airport now after shooting the story of one of our @CintasCorp’s sales reps who used the AED in his car to save his son’s baseball coach’s life when he collapsed at practice this summer. These devices make a difference. They help save lives & keep families whole.

Apparently it was a good omen. 🦅
