@MMMNightShift Covid Testing: Hi Luke and Jess, my wife and I tested positive last Jan' neither of us had more than 1 symptom. At the time in the UK we were told not to test unless we had 2 or more. Had it not been for an appointment that required a test we would not have known.

@MMMNightShift Vitamin B1... Here in the UK to help fight mossies when we go abroad, we swear by Marmite as it's rich in vitamin B. Therefore you Aussies should just keep some Vegemite in your diet 😉
