@HaettigKatrin Der erste Postdoc-Vertrag darf auf nicht weniger als zwei Jahre befristet sein nach dem Vorschlag. Aber "danach sucht man sich Weltweit was?" trifft es leider ziemlich gut, wenn nicht mal das @BMBF_Bund begreift, dass es mehr unbefristete Stellen an dt. Unis geben muss.

@MarcBoxberg Bedeutet das man kann theoretisch 4 Jahre post-doc machen aber es werden nur 3 Jahres post-doc Verträge vergeben? Und danach sucht man sich Weltweit was?

Kann mir bitte irgendjemand erklären wo jetzt die Verbesserungen in der #PostDoc-Phase verglichen mit dem aktuellen Gesetz sein sollen? Ich frag für einen Freund... #IchBinHanna
