@mizumikan_vrc @VrronicaJae 18+ Verification isn't guaranteed safety, its Law that had to be followed if they want to keep their game in other countries. However, its enough safety to prevent atleast 80%-90%. Also, if Creativity is VRC's Core; Then add more creatives behind a paywall for better incentives.

Please stop whining over VRC+ cosmetics. Weeks ago y'all lost your minds when VRC was down. What happens when, like RecRoom, they also can't make enough money? Everyone complains about VRC being greedy, but the VRC community are some of the greediest bastards I know.

You could instead open bigger routes such as more profile customizations, nameplate customizations, favorites size increase, etc etc to incentivize buying VRC+. Because if there excuse-

@MessiahWisdom @VrronicaJae Age Verification is a paid third-party service and it's totally reasonable for a merely cost of $10. Nothing is free in the real world kiddo

@ClutchmeisterTV Its not a fun april fools, especially when it can cause a % of players to have actual seizures. It just makes the game unenjoyable.

@ClutchmeisterTV they've been doing where its just character visuals; minion visuals, weapon visuals, or the one event where they made every character have another hero's moveset. Then that's fine. This is equivalent to... If they were to make a April Fools event but every attack is a flashbang.

This event was IMO the worst they have put out. It wasn't fun to be forced into this for a day and it was causing a lot of headaches/nausea for people. We shouldn't be forced into an event that makes the game worse to play just for april fools :/ #forhonor

@sui_no22 @Auraitys @VrronicaJae More backgrounds for your menu, different fonts or colors for your loading screens. Animated Icons, Banners, or have nameplate effects. Etc. There are so many ways to make people WANT VRC+ rather then make them feel obligated to just to be safe from immature kids and teenagers-

@kyneosolace @VrronicaJae I know they're a profit glory hole. Every service costs money, even EAC. I'm saying though, there are better things to put behind a paywall, then Age Verification in which is very important for safety of users.

@MessiahWisdom @VrronicaJae unfortunately there are certain fees connected to using a third party service to verify your users do you think the company who is responsible for said verification is a non profit gloryhole?

@NikoLangDe @VrronicaJae The same reason they pay money for people to upload infinitely, avatars and worlds for free.

@MessiahWisdom @VrronicaJae Vrc also has to pay for the service. Why would they be obligated to pay this money for free users? They are not a charity association.

@dinosnaxxx But like again, my issue isn't even overall the item being locked behind VRC+. Its the fact that it's VRC+ Exclusive, which means; if VRC+ Runs out, you cannot use it anymore. That's what I find absolutely stupid.

@Falcre @VrronicaJae I mean, I guess. But I still see them a lot, and the excuse that's constantly going around is "Well it's just 10 bucks, its not a lot." Which, yeah sure. It isn't a lot, but at the same time, anyone can still just do it anyways, and still troll. Its not really some huge barrier.

@MessiahWisdom @VrronicaJae Given they pay on a per-user basis, I see why they lumped it into VRC+ Unintentionally it does help reduce the amount of trolls I run into by adding a cost to it given how people are bypassing age verification with gmod photos lmao
