The anime literally says on multiple occasions that they aren't having sex nor even kissing. Spy X Family is a show about a spy pretending to have a family so he adopts a kid and then he gets fake married to an assassin who also wants to be fake married because she needs to fit into society, so they are only together to stop the government from suspecting them. It's literally not a sexual fantasy by any definition.

@Kuro_Mithos @Urban__Tree The point was not that a wife a child couldn't be a "sexual fantasy" it's that calling it one implies something you don't want. In order to avoid that you'd need to call it a "fantasy" and this would avoid all the unnecessary drama.
