Now down 16.5% mREIT yield hogs finally taking note and doing their thing 60% cut is truly remarkable.. shows the issues they have esp life science… but makes for a good setup longer term.. KKR might favor paying themselves first but also not investment idiots

Oh it's a shit show, and I'll take any exit we can get. But I can't help but notice how those who bitched about $1.7bn sent to Iran by Dems will suddenly praise $20bn given to Iran by the GOP 🤡 I'll also say that as much as the Dems are harping on Trump blockading the straight, it was exactly what I proposed long before as the only way out of this mess. Both "sides" suck but only 1 is pulling strings at this moment in time.

So the Obama admin paid Iran $1.7bn due a legal decision from the Hague (which enrages so many). Now Trump is proposing to pay Iran $20bn (~12x more) for a little bit of Uranium (400kg of Uranium that goes for $250/kg) Is that just a massive gift (it's not a court decision this time)? @michaellistman Agree with you. Huge hypocrites on all sides here. Politics has become about winning points with your base vs what’s best for the country, governing, finding a healthy middle ground based in truth & reality. They will say, I misspoke or was misquoted or taken out of context etc.
