Briefly spoke to Hasan Piker @hasanthehun at the No Kings demonstration in New York today about the debate surrounding his role in Democratic Party politics.

Just like the Jewish people; no race or religion is monolithic. To condemn all Palestinians for the actions of a militant resistance group wouldn’t be fair. Having said that I believe anyone who commits war crimes should be brought to justice in a court of law. This includes the Hamas leaders who coordinated the plan of October 7th as well as the Israeli officials who committed genocide after & those who perpetuated a settler colonial apartheid for the last 78 years. To answer your last question; no I’ve been anti imperialist; anti apartheid & anti genocide for as long as I can remember.

Israel has in law a multi tier system for Jews; Arab Jews (not my designation; Israel’s) & Palestinians in the West Bank(which it occupies) Israel does not allow interfaith marriage for example. Also As far as I’m aware only 13 have bans on Israeli passports but none have Jewish bans. Matter of fact Iran has a large Jewish population as well as Turkey & Azerbaijan. Theres also small Jewish communities that live in other Muslim majority countries. Which I dont believe any have laws in place that make Jewish people second class citizens. That being said I believe all people should have equal rights no matter where they are.

So the claim “no Jews live in.” Is most likely propaganda you ate up hook line & sinker. That being said I believe all people should have equal rights no matter where they are. so it’s weird to me that as I point out the issue with one you want to deflect & say what about this one over here like one cancels out or justifies the other. Nahhhh; better solution is equal rights for all those living in Israel. A one state solution, it’s already one state it’s just an apartheid state. Just like South Africa it needs to end & reparations with a right to return needs to be put in place. Those who played a role in the Apartheid need to be criminally prosecuted as well as for any war crimes that were committed not just for the Zionists but Palestinian militants as well.

Answers real simple & scholars agree; 9/11 was blowback from U.S. Foreign policy. Our actions in the region like backing & propping of authoritarian regimes; constant military action in the region; the funding & militarization of extremist militant groups to fight proxie wars in order to destabilize our “enemies” & governments we wanted to place a puppet into power to control; plus a whole lot more that led to blowback in the form of 9/11. So inevitably the U.S. own actions in the region led to the response that was the terrorist attacks. Did anyone deserved to die; no. Your brain would have to be partially made of mush in order to correlate America (the institution) deserved 9/11 with people deserved to die on 9/11. Mind you the amount of civilians the U.S. has killed in its foreign policy ventures pre 9/11 makes 9/11 look like sunshine’s & rainbows; the numbers post 9/11 makes pre 9/11 look like a humanitarian aid mission.
