All game servers are now coming back online, and the Auction House will be back up shortly! Thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve game issues. During a recent distribution of Siege rewards, an unintended amount of Lucent was granted through the Guild Profit Distribution Process. As a result, we made the decision to halt the service while we worked to correct the issue. The team was able to reclaim the distribution, reverse auction house transactions, process disciplinary action against accounts of players who attempted to take advantage of the situation, and re-grant the intended amounts during the unscheduled maintenance period. Items that must be returned to players or guilds due to the voiding out of auction house transactions may take some time to be restored. We will provide another message when all restorations are completed. Any Archboss encounters that were missed due to this disruption will be rescheduled. Dimensional Trials: For a period of time, some players abused positions where they could attack bosses without taking damage. These players were able to unfairly receive Rune Chests due to this unintended gameplay. Players who did not abuse this unintended gameplay will receive 600 Precious Rune Chests. You’ll also still be able to earn Rune Chests through Dimensional Trial tier rewards as normal. Those who abused this issue will receive a warning, be ineligible for end-of-season rewards, and have a permanent mark added to their accounts. You may continue seeing these players on leaderboards temporarily while we work to remove them, but they will be removed before the season ends.

We want to address some fair play topics within Throne and Liberty where players have used unintended gameplay to gain unfair advantages. In the comments of this thread, we will outline what these cohorts are, what the impact was, and the action being applied to accounts that abused this situation.
