Patriotic Alliance (PA) deputy president @Kenny_T_Kunene has issued a defiant response to a R1 million defamation lawsuit filed against him by Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader Julius Malema. Kunene has formally stated that he will not apologise for his remarks, vowing to contest the matter in court with witnesses and supporting affidavits prepared. The legal action stems from comments Kunene made during a February 2026 appearance on the Podcast and Chill with MacG.
