Tomlin is in as head coach. I think the coordinators and coaching on both sides of the ball needs an upgrade. We are blessed with Cam, Minkah and TJ. We have a bunch of players on both sides of the ball that could be at their level with better coaches. I think we spend some money on doing that upgrade and continue with awesome draft pics in the trenches and secondary. MHO
