@MudrexHelp I tried to withdraw 10k INR for they they asked Form16, salary slip and Bank stmt. Once i submitted again they are asking source of Crypto. I had brought 50 DOt 4 year back which I transfered . Why so much torture to withdraw 10k I don't understand.

You confirmed INR withdrawal will be allowed (crypto not allowed) via email. Later you reversed your stand, closed my ticket, and are now denying funds. You even asked me to make a YouTube video and credited 100 USDT — if withdrawal wasn’t allowed, why credit & promise payment? This is misrepresentation & unfair trade practice. @MudrexHelp I don't know what conversion rate is being used & also whether it is different rate at each stage. Same is while purchasing or selling crypto. Available sale USDT rate is different then actual selling. I think there is something not right here. I am going to using it

Looking at From16, Salary slip and Bank statement Rs. 10k should not be big value for me. It's common sense. When taking deposit u take without any questions or documents.
