I know that a decision had to be made but my heart is absolutely broken for my girls, especially my seniors. Praying that they at least get the second half of their season. I am so proud of them for all of the work they’ve put in so far💙

Advice from Coaches to Athletes 🚨

Championship 🏆 cultures have: ✔️ Veterans willing to help out younger players. ✔️ Starters willing to help out their backups. ✔️ Players willing to be coachable. ✔️ Coaches willing to serve players.

PLAYERS: You want to be on a great team but remember that all great teams are made up of great team members. Are are you willing to do what it takes to be a great teammate?

Without a #coachable attitude, even the best athletes fail beyond their natural abilities, poison the team, and make practice miserable.

Players: Stop making weak excuses! Working Hard: Your Choice Skipping Workouts: Your Choice Eating Bad: Your Choice Good Grades: Your Choice Arriving on Time: Your Choice Getting Better: Your Choice Making the right choice is up to you. Don’t use your bad choices as an excuse.

Players: What are your priorities this summer? Working out? Chilling? Netflix? Or is it weight room? Eating right? Gym time? Your habits/decisions reveal your priorities. Don’t wait. This is separation season! Everyone will know what you did all summer by what you do next season.
