@nzpost is delivery getting worse? I had an overnighter last week that took 4 days, this week, apparently it takes 8 days to get from Lower Hutt to Christchurch. Is someone walking it down?

@nzpost hi team are there issues with delivery out of AKL to the South Island? I’ve had 2 parcels sitting at wiri since 13/04 - they’ll still have to go to CHC depot for processing before coming to the west coast so I assume I won’t get them until 20/04 at the earliest ☹️

Still waiting for items purchased from NZ retailers a week ago, to be delivered to an Auckland addr. but my TEMU orders turn up at my RURAL addr. in 3 days!! Come on @nzpost why can items from China turn up at a rural addr in less time than you can deliver a NZ bought item?

@nzpost Wife got her package, but the only option left was to have it delivered to a supermarket that we don't shop at, not the house we paid for it to be delivered to.

So, @nzpost, can you explain to me why a package was flagged as "attempted delivery" when no such attempt was made: no knock or bell? (predetermined undeliverable I guess)

@nzpost - I live in Auckland. Parcel was collected from Newmarket, sent to Wiri depot for processing. Tracking now shows it’s in Hamilton for processing. WHY?

@nzpost Hi, i have a parcel that was not delivered. Unfortunately, the courier didnt leave a “you missed” card on my door. Is there a way that i can just pick the item up on the nearest nzpost?

@australiapost i have been tracking a parcel via the excellent @nzpost tracker but it appears to have stalled since reaching you last Friday. Please provide an update so that is can make arrangements.

@nicolefairless Really sorry about this Nicole. While we understand you have paid for the items, you have paid the Sender not NZ Post which is why they hold the delivery contract with us and not the receiver. In most instances, the sender will also use a third party company to ship items. ^Bex

It’s absolutely wild to me that I am told I have to contact the sender to log an investigation into @nzpost delivering my babies special formula to the wrong address, I can’t just buy supermarket formula. Do they expect babies in this position to starve if we didn’t have backup?

@nzpost I paid $120 to post UK passport documents on 27th January. Today on 10th February, I see they haven’t even left Auckland yet! NZ Post please explain.

@nzpost do you know why the passport we sent 'express' delivery to Ireland is still in Auckland more than 3 weeks later. It's now touch and go whether we can get this back in time for our family trip and is causing a great amount of stress, please help....

@nzpost What is “Reply Paid”? Miramar Post Shop says it may be chargeable, but a company in Auckland says all costs are paid by the receiver, not the customer. NZ Post needs to clearly explain. Customers deserve clarity.
