Together with many collaborators, we’ve been making significant progress toward a more secure Internet architecture. We'll present the first formally verified Internet router at the ACM CCS, built as part of the SCION Internet architecture. This work rigorously verifies both the network-wide security properties of the protocol and the low-level correctness of its implementation.

Any user at any of these institutions with a SCION-enabled application can now benefit from SCION connectivity. If our continued roll-out plan works out, the SCIERA network will offer SCION connectivity to over 1M users on 6 continents around the world!
