@morgan_moran have you thought about doing it as a "refine your search" option on the search page?

@morgan_moran I think in this case, because the accessories also contain the same keywords in their title, it may not work that well

@morgan_moran Put 'thermal printer' in as a keyword for all the printers, but not for the accessories - that should push these up the list.

@morgan_moran You can help push things to the top of a natural search by using a appropriate selection of keywords on the inventory item.

@morgan_moran In which site section? Are you talking about category listings or the results of a search?

@morgan_moran It's a competitive market, every "feature" adds a bullet point to the brochure ;) Good luck with your searches.

@morgan_moran Agreed, one of Netsuite's (many) issues) is that it tries to offer too much sometimes.. Things can get very crowded !

@morgan_moran That's the easiest I've found, there's a lot of flexibility in the Criteria fields, should allow you to match most things
