The Welland Terminal, 160 E Main St: Customer service desk closes at 7 p.m. tonight (February 10). Security staff will be on-site from 6-11 p.m. if you need access to the building. @welland @yourNCSAC

The St. Catharines Downtown Terminal (70 Carlisle St.) will be closed tonight, Monday, January 12, from 8 to 11 p.m. All buses are running on schedule. You just won't be able to access the building interior during this time.

Ride Niagara Transit FREE on New Year's Eve from 6pm to 2am. Plan ahead: Routes 104/204 will experience significant delays throughout the evening due to heavy traffic in Niagara Falls' tourist core. This issue stems from a widespread problem affecting Amazon Web Services (AWS), which powers our messaging system. Real-time notifications won't work as expected while this persists. Chair Jim Bradley was a devoted public figure who had a profound impact on the Niagara Region and the Province of Ontario. His service as a provincial minister and as Regional Chair reflected his strong character, dedication, humility, and love for his community that will continue to be felt for many years to come. A long-standing supporter of public transit, Chair Bradley understood its vital role as an essential thread in the fabric of our community. His vision and decades of public service were instrumental in advancing a more connected, accessible, and vibrant community for all. As a member of the Niagara Transit Commission, his leadership and wisdom were invaluable, and we are deeply grateful for his contributions. Our condolences go out to his family, friends, and all who are mourning his loss. Niagara has lost an outstanding leader.
