Final piece, thanks for following the updates on this. First long form Illustration I've done in a long time. I really pushed myself for this one, It's not perfect but I enjoyed drawing pretty stuff, my OC and flowers and I'm overall happy with my progress more than anything.

Study. Basic subjective take: rare to draw a character or see people in and always looks weird one way or another. It can work better in anime/manga because of artistic taste, clarity in intent to communicate and overall line economy. Fundies+know where to break rules for appeal

@LyukaArt You should! I’ve always wanted to do it and was always intimidated but recently after daily practice and a buncha studies something compelled me and im glad it worked. Thank you so much im glad we can all spread some motivation around

@Nickwheee you nailed it fr I want to do the same as well, currently I've been just leaning into hair flow since I've always gravitated towards that in general, that aside, seeing your piece also gave me huge motivation

@LyukaArt i was definitely inspired by her, this started as an applied study but i didnt want to outright copy, instead see if i can find techniques/ways she works to incorporate into my own idea, so you're on point. I just wanted to make something I personally can stare at for a while :p
