Coatue just put a number on what we’ve been seeing at seed for 3 years. Software = $0.2T market. Services-as-software = $5.5T. 25x. The shift is from selling tools (per-seat) to selling work (per-output). This is why the best vertical AI companies don’t compete with software incumbents. They’re compete with expensive service providers, BPOs and high turnover labor. A $2K/month AI agent replacing an $80K/year agency is the new business model.

Former French PM is bragging about his deficit being 5.1 instead of 5.8. Growth is approx 1%, so we’re effectively getting approx 4% poorer. But because the French are uneducated economically speaking, everybody’s happy. This is incredible.

BREAKING: President Trump says his envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner have spoken with a senior Iranian official, with potential "deal" terms emerging, per Axios. President Trump on potential deal terms: 1. Iran committed not to pursue nuclear weapons or to enrich uranium, and to hand over its existing stockpiles 2. Iran agreed to be "low key on the missiles" 3. Iran also agreed to reopen the strait of Hormuz 4. "If they carry through with that it will end the conflict. They want to make a deal. We want to make a deal too. If this happens it is a great start for Iran to build itself back," Trump said The US notified Israel on Monday about the peace talks with Iran. We await comment from Iran.

I love airplay, because whenever I listen to a video on twitter, it immediately stop the music playing on my speaker and then streaming never resumes. Airplay is really a shit standard that Apple needs to fix!
