Tonight the Boston Bruins are playing the Buffalo Sabres in Buffalo. Two American teams. Buffalo always has someone sing both National Anthems before their games. When the microphone cut out the crowd took over. This is how our American friends treat us. With respect. This is what being classy looks like. Canadians can learn something.

This was absolutely the best night of my life. Two games and 5 days in Buffalo. This is my Favorite American city hands down. Been coming from Nova Scotia for years. Every trip I meet more amazing people and gain extra pounds from the amazing food and Blue Lights LETS GO BUFFALO

I just got stopped by a neighbor who told me this incredibly emotional story about his uncle, who has a dementia. He said he & his uncle went to Sabres games all the time but the illness has progressed & he doesn’t remember any of that. He said tonight when he’s at the Sabres game he’ll be thinking about him.
