We celebrated our 24th Circles Graduation Ceremony at BRIDGES UB Kinsey Educational and Community Center in West Palm Beach. The organization expresses its gratitude for the support received from the Quantum Foundation and the Stronger Community Initiative.

#PovertyAwarenessWeek Yesterday, our team along with other participants took a ride on the Palm Tran to highlight the struggles that many face when it comes to access and mobility.

P2P and BRIDGES at Riviera Beach headed to the Wellington Mall on the Palm Tran to bring awareness on Poverty Awareness Week. For many, public transportation is a lifeline. It's a connection to jobs and education, yet so many face barriers that make this access difficult.

We attended the HELP Conference, hosted by The Plantrician Project which explored how Lifestyle Medicine can help address health disparities in at-risk communities — emphasizing that where we live, work, play, pray, and eat all play a major role in shaping our health outcomes.

Our BRIDGES at Boynton Beach participated in the National Walk and Bike to School Day with one of our linkage schools, Forest Park Elementary. It is a day that encourages students, parents, and communities to experience the simple joy and numerous benefits of walking to school.
