Middle East Tensions and Stagflation Risk Tensions in the Middle East have increased uncertainty. Crude oil prices have crossed 110 dollars per barrel. This happened due to reports of attacks on energy facilities. India imports a large amount of crude oil. When oil prices rise, costs increase. This leads to higher inflation. As a result, the stock market index, Nifty, is falling. Why Crypto Prices Are Falling Bitcoin and Ethereum are considered high-risk assets. When interest rates remain high and the dollar is strong, investors prefer safer options. So, they sell crypto first. Also, global uncertainty reduces liquidity in the market. This pushes crypto prices down instead of making them safe investments.
