The bus from Naga City to Manila takes roughly 10 hours. A serious public servant doesn’t waste that kind of time just for optics. At Leni’s age, that trip likely means losing another day to rest and recover. I’d rather spend those hours working for my constituents instead of performing endurance tests for a camera.
