I had hoped I wouldn't need to post this. I don't invade my sister's privacy lightly, but I have no choice. This is the only thing I can do to help her. A 🧵 Clare has Rett syndrome. She can't communicate and needs 24-hour care. Her disability means her breathing's compromised.

We did Final Year Projects differently this year - Optometry students displayed their projects in poster format and presented them to their peers & lecturers. It felt like our own little conference and provided a lovely opportunity for the students to showcase their hard work! 🤩

Our 7th Virtual Conference is tomorrow, starting at 12.00 BST. It features the TFOS lifestyles/ocular surface report findings.
