@AndaluciMaliki1 I’d say it is historical information is acceptable to them if their conditions are met The same with the usuli the same with the sunnis This is why I said these differences are irreconcilable the other side can hold an opinion that is valid in one paradigm but invalid in another

@ProbAayan This is subjectivism. The issue of Mohsin isn't historical. The reason akhbaris accept it is because they state any reports mentioned in trustworthy sources is acceptable. I understand how cults can accept this, but this isn't a historical methodology.

An explicit tradition stating Ahl al-Bayt are infallible and their purification was a purification from sins similar to the Prophet ﷺ's which later scholars’ methodology can't consistently reject.

@AndaluciMaliki1 Not if they have different usul for what they believe constitutes history..which sunni for example would regard the issue of Mohsin (alleged son of Syeda Fatima) as a historical fact? ( I don’t either I’m just giving an example) yes a few shias scholars don’t but enough do

@ProbAayan Well, I don't agree, but I don't believe neither sects are justified for rejecting what's historical.

@ProbAayan I don't recall it, but in al-Durr al-Manthur al-Sayuti does authentic many narrations ibn Abi hatim and ibn al-Jawzi considered munkar or forgeries and he rebukes them for them.

@AndaluciMaliki1 I’d say yeah they are..there’s a difference in manhaj for a reason. Irreconcilable differences exist.

@ProbAayan I know the matn cannot be ignored, and I reject this report because of both sanad and matn, but if we would reject a matn just because we just don't agree with it and disproves us then the Shia are justified in rejecting the Sahih and even mutawatir for the same reason.

@AndaluciMaliki1 Could you please tell me where Ibn Hajar talks about this? Thanks (not sarcasm I’ve been searching for it for a while)

@ProbAayan that the takhrij in sahihayn implies it's acceptable. Yahya is a Shi'i too, but he's “trustworthy” because he's one of Muslim’s reporters, and qays is trustworthy.

It was highly probable that they were, Pakistan’s strikes were way too precise And if the possible aim of war was to avert possible two front situation when India opens eastern front, then China would very much be supportive of Pakistan’s stance Israelis on this app however…

Pakistan’s long-standing "mercenary" model has finally reached its breaking point. Now that the U.S. and Iran are in a full-scale war, Islamabad is trapped in a catastrophic no-win scenario. If Pakistan honors its 2025 defense pact with Saudi Arabia, it risks a domestic collapse. Its 20% Shia population is already rioting over the death of Iran's Supreme Leader, and their religious loyalty to Tehran far outweighs any allegiance to the Pakistani state. Physically, the country is exposed. Pakistan is currently fighting an "open war" with the Afghans in Afghanistan; if basic drones from Kabul can penetrate the capital, the military has no hope of stopping the advanced Iranian missiles currently devastating Gulf oil fields. Conversely, abandoning Saudi Arabia would be a death blow to Pakistan’s reputation. For a country that relies on mercenary military services for financial survival, failing to act would be a permanent disgrace. It would leave the country bankrupt, isolated, and shamed on the world stage.
