For the 5,000 or so players who posted "God's plan" as they jumped in the transfer portal and now have no place to play, perhaps God was really saying "stay where you are work harder." Just a thought. I've noticed no one ever posts that.

Hitters: BE OFFENSIVE!

If your coach holds you accountable, you are VERY fortunate. A lot of coaches accept their players doing whatever they want, whenever they want with no consequences. Discipline/responsibility/accountability are life prep! If your coach cares that much, you’re lucky so respect it!

Lock in self-belief and approach. Understand the situation. The count, the defense, what just happened. Ask one question: “What do I need to do here?” Not “what if.” Just: what’s my job right now. Why it matters: Baseball moves fast. Your mind moves faster. Without a pre-pitch routine, you’re leaving your at-bat to chance.
