I don't think my store will have an issue, but I know there are stores that will. If the store won't, and the TO can't or won't go out of pocket, what then? How is this making VGC at the store level more accessible?

So, if I'm not reading it incorrectly, the new rules doc appears to be indicating that there's no local connection option in Champions Online connection required for both majors and locals alike Genuinely hope this isn't the case as that's a massive step backwards.

@PamamoVGC They coupled League to stores that sell product and decided that was a good time to parcel everything together. They either don't understand that VGC needs different things, or do and just don't care. Can a video game shop host a League without selling TCG?

When I ask local stores to let me run VG events, the answer is always: "We're a card shop, why should we host a video game tournament?" Having to beg for locals is demeaning. The internet thing isn't gonna help. Please free us from the league system that was clearly made for TCG.

@clippedhubb Subs shouldnt auto renew, it should require them to be live and for the person to manually resub. How many of those paid subs coukd be dead and its just out here charging the credit card before the estate catches it?.

@0Rebornone @pcgamer I'd wager they don't, but anything they do funnel to the charity becomes a tax write-off for them and not us. Also, don't discount how corrupt the charities can be. There are many charities they donate less than 10% of what they're donated.

I once booked an aisle seat on a flight because I like being able to get up without climbing over people. Simple. Intentional. Paid for. I get there and someone’s already in my seat, sitting all comfortable next to their friend like they planned it that way. I pause, double-check my ticket, then politely tell them that’s my seat. They hit me with, “oh… would you mind switching so we can sit together?” Now mind you… this wasn’t confusion. This was a fully formed plan that just didn’t include me until I showed up. I just looked at them for a second and said, “I booked this seat on purpose.” Because let’s be real… that’s not my problem. That’s a problem that should’ve been solved during booking. Respectfully.

A Failed WWE Wrestler understands wrestling better than a multi time world champion who is running the company right now.

Maven thinks that WWE is in trouble: 1. They don't do enough house shows and because of it, the wrestling isn't as good - "you don't get better as a wrestler by not wrestling" 2. There's a lack of camaraderie because wrestlers aren't on the road together 3. Every match in WWE looks like a dance instead of a fight. 4. Wrestlers have forgotten how to call matches in the ring. 5. The product as a whole is too expensive 6. Too many ads - "It was painful to get through an episode of Raw"

World of Warcraft Tip: You can interrupt enemies casting a spell. 😃👍 Go into your spellbook, put it on your bar. Click the button as the enemy is casting to stop it from hurting/killing you. (Spells with a thick silver frame can't be interupted). warcraft.wiki.gg/wiki/Interrupt
