@havellsindia My complaint has been pending since ages. To mimic a professional company you've created a customer care department but it's of no use. Your service engineer initially came to check, charged his fees but has not been able to repair my heater. Very poor service.

@HavellsCare360 He took away another component and promised to fix it the next day. Now he is missing since then. Every time your service engineers come they charge without fixing the problem. Customer care didn't give any complaint numbers.

@HavellsCare360 Your services are pathetic. My complaint is still not resolved. The engineer who came earlier suggested a thermostat failure and ordered the same. Suggested that it will take 3 days. Nobody listened for 18 days. Then another engineer came and suggested another problem.

@havellsindia Pathetic customer service. My complaint is still not resolved. Every time a new customer executive speaks and makes tall promises. But no followup. Every time a new service engineer turns up and diagnose a new problem and promises to fix it next day. Doesn't .
