To let a grievance go, sometimes I make the conscious decision to release that person or situation, and simply send blessings their way.....

My Children are my lifetime commitment. I want my kids to take groceries out of my fridge when they're 27. I want them to stop by for dinner when it's their favorite meal at 32. I want them home for Christmas when they're 44. I want them to know that I'm one call away, forever.

It eventually gets better, without any sort of explanation; one day you just realize that you're no longer upset. You're no longer mad, hurt or bothered by the things that took so much of your energy and thoughts. You will find yourself in a peaceful place and enjoy that feeling.

Daughter No matter how much I say that I love you, I always love you much more than that.

Forgiveness has nothing to do with tolerating repetitive bad behavior.

How To Have A Lovely Day Laugh. Slow down. Say thank you. Be kind on purpose. Smile at strangers.  Wish people a lovely day.

I don't think people realize how much strength it takes to pull your own self out of a dark place mentally. So if you've done that today or any day, I'm proud of you.
