Here's a first real demo of what I've been working on these holidays: Minimal HUD, Route System, Passenger AI. Less visible: moving everything to module scripts and relying on client replication for anything that the server doesn't need to do for game optimization.

Something i spent alot of time on was fine-tuning the suspension values. The end result, i believe, is very close to the real typical behavior of heavy vehicles' suspensions! #ROBLOX #ROBLOXDev

Happy new year! Here's a bit of updates as I move forward with the tedious work of adding scenery to the map (It's a lot and it's quite boring at times). I included a little Route map that includes the last planned line.

Hey! Progress has halted for a little bit! This because next week I'm getting my Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering! After that I'll have the summer holidays available to push development for my game!

So far one of the more complex trolleybus intersection. Located in the city center it branches between the main station and the L-Shaped line that traverses the historical streets of the city. #ROBLOX #ROBLOXDev

@Dkervellla Hard to estimate, I'd say the map itself is 70% done based on my pre-release target, but it's a good estimate for the rest of the game too!

Main Station Loop slowly coming to life! It will have 2 stalls for Trolleybuses and 2 for normal buses! Most of the lines will stop here!

Finally got around to make some overhead wire switches! In the video one of the points where the trolleybus lines intersect. The switches for now are activated by the bus indicators! #ROBLOX #ROBLOXDev

@David97901815 I was pretty surprised how well the constraints behave despite the complexity of the system, I'm also using them for the trolley pole mechanism!

@GreenworksDev @7valkio Thank you, also just now I added a lighter engine buzzing that plays at lower speeds to have different sounds combination!

Here's a sound demo recorded from inside the Trolleybus! The recordings for acceleration and braking are dynamically played at a different timeposition each time you press W or S depending on the speed of the bus! #ROBLOX #ROBLOXDev
