Trying my FT clone. Didn't turn out as i hoped It as a slight bready malt characterisic. Was hoping for bit bigger malt backbone.

I let the pumpkin ale naturally carbonate by kegging it with a couple of graviy points left to ferment. It has gotten to 14 PSI.

The pumpkin beer truned out pretty tasty. Would like more malt backbone. The 5 0z of spices is noticable but not oerpowering.

Kegged the American Wheat. Gravity was 1.024. We'll see how much natural carbonation I get once fermentation completes.

The Am. wheat nauraly carbonated perfectly. Transferred from primary at 1.024 into keg. It got to 30 PSI at fermintation temp.
