@ShadowMechYT @TNLA_ This is a fair and valid take on both accounts but it is worth mentioning that minecraft does support running older versions. If by any means you want to play old Minecraft it is still available to you. Plus modded Minecraft allows for almost full customization of your experience

@TNLA_ Honestly respect this take a lot. Being able to recognize that the game has evolved past what you personally loved, while also not tearing it down for other people that's a really mature way to look at it.

I’m going to be honest, the frustration over Minecraft updates is one thing I’ll never quite wrap my head around. I bought this game about 15 years ago, and it’s still getting free content to this day. In a gaming landscape where everything is a subscription or a $20 skin, getting any free update on a 15-year-old receipt feels like a massive win. Why are we complaining again? Maybe, I'm just missing something.
