@MarkJParkerSr @shawngorham How did you get new clients? I have a friend that does this but it’s hard to stand out from the crowd. Having a service is one thing, finding the work is another.

@shawngorham As a home inspector from 1991-20XX I had many $1000 days. To get to $2000 I needed 2 part timers. It was beautiful. Three jobs a day seven days a week. Then the goddamn GFC. Then three a month.

Earning $2000 per day will change your life. What service business, with the least number of employees, is the fastest route to earning $2000 per day? I think it’s sewer line inspections to real estate agents What do you think?

@shawngorham Mold testing - $800 per visit (takes less than 30 min to take the air samples). Not sure how much of the $800 goes to the lab.

@RSmythFreelance @leigh_fitzin Woooow 😮 Things brings up a whole slate of potential jokes. Are sinkholes an invasive species? Is there a difference between wild and domesticated sinkholes? If you happen to recall any more about that articles I’d love to learn more.

@RedevelopInc @leigh_fitzin I remember a very serious article in one of the US papers, about this invasive un-American menace. Lots of concern about uneven tyre wear and creeping Europeanisation.
