A few of things.
1) Don't hear any conflicting ICE commands in this video.
2) I do hear her girlfriend yelling "drive baby drive" right before she lurches forward, hits the ICE agent and he fires.
3) This drives home how quick it was. The officer did not have time to think about where he was shooting.
