Oh nothing just an urban planner from overseas praising the excellent quality of new housing and commercial developments in London. And he’s right. London is a stunning city, and generally (not always) gets new development spot on. Privilege to live here.

That concludes this thread of all the stocks pitched at Sohn Hong Kong today. Basically all long ideas. Some classic blood-on-the-streets value trades. Growth & activist pitches were harder to evaluate without research but a couple sounded promising.

Seth Fischer of Oasis Management: long China Education Group & other vocational education stocks in China. markets.ft.com/data/equities/… All China education stocks flattened by common prosperity, but higher/vocational education can be for-profit, P/Es at 4-5x.
