If/when Doctor Who returns and if it decides to do a season arc the one thing it desperately needs to do is center around an entirely new threat or villain. Because in 20 years of NuWho we've only had two finales that didn't center around something from the classic series.

Part of me would LOVE Doctor Who to return and just remake older stories. Give me that first series of Doctor Who with a fresh cast, new take and great production values!
