@ZachHicks2 I’d venture to say those numbers increase for jackson/hull too considering the OL appears to be playing closer to 2021 than 2022 and the threat of AR holds the edge a touch better than Nick Foles, Matt Ryan, or even Ehlinger though he’s a good threat as well.

@AlexGoldenNBA 1. Steph
2. Luka
3. Dame
4. SGA
5. Ja
6. Fox
7. Hali
Debate over fox. Can’t put him above Ja yet. Dame and Steph will probably age out within the next few years to where hali can leap them. SGA might be considered a 2 more than a 1. Could be at the top of the list in a few years

@scottbolander @AlexGoldenNBA The “no evidence of him fixing what he needs to fix” shows one of two things. Either you didn’t know what he needed to fix, or you’re overreacting to missed shots he won’t be shooting in the regular season. The handle was tighter and the off ball defense drastically improved

@AlexGoldenNBA That Mathurin pick is the one that is going to kill us long term. Him coming back to summer league with no evidence of him fixing what he needs to fix.
Still doesn't have a pull up jumper, still can't drive by his man in half-court.

Over the last 18-months, the Indiana Pacers have quickly turned their franchise around:
1. Traded Sabonis, Lamb and J. Holiday for Haliburton, Hield & Thompson. The next season, BOTH Haliburton and Sabonis were named All-Stars!
2. Drafted Mathurin 6th overall & Nembhard 31st overall with the pick they received in the Caris LeVert trade (ABSOLUTE STEAL)
3. Traded Brogdon for Nesmith, Theis and a 1st.
4. Used their cap to offer a max contract to Ayton. Phoenix matched, and they were able to renegotiate and extend Myles Turner for 2 more years and on a much more team friendly contract.
5. Drafted Bilal Coulibaly 7th and traded him to the Wizards for Jarace Walker (the 8th pick) and two second round picks. They also selected Ben Sheppard with pick 26.
6. Used their cap space to sign NBA champion, Bruce Brown Jr., to a 2 year deal with a team option.
7. Traded Chris Duarte to Sacramento. Acquired two second round picks and opened a roster spot.
8. Used the roster spot they opened, plus cap space, to acquire Obi Toppin for two second round picks with protections.
9. Most importantly, they extended Tyrese Haliburton to a MAX contract worth up to $260M with NO player option and a 15% trade kicker.
10. Maintained their roster and cap flexibility for next offseason with several players being on expiring contracts or contracts with team options.
👏A job well done by the Pacers👏
