Excited to present the first major work after starting our lab at Stanford and the Arc this year: CRISPR-All, a unified genetic perturbation language for programming any major type of genetic perturbation simultaneously, in any combination, at genome scale, in human cells.

CRISPR-All unifies disparate genetic discovery technologies to enable defined genetic changes to be made arbitrarily, combinatorially, and scalably in human cells, mirroring natural evolution’s exploratory potential to discover new cellular functions and states. We hope it may be useful for you too!
