Undercover footage at the New York City Board of Elections exposes election fraud as staff allows illegal immigrant to register to vote, applications are processed without background checks, and staff says it's not their job to report illegals trying to register. "We accept anything that comes over the counter!" "Once in a while, we have people coming here and they have some legal situations and they registered, they weren't a citizen!"
