But for real I was in here because I’m having panic attacks again and can’t sleep. This was probably the worst thing that could happen in this state. I really need this place clean and to get my shit together.

Went to the kitchen for a glass of water at 4am. Set it on the counter while I scrolled my phone for 5 mins in the dark. Went to take a gulp and felt something in my mouth. Spit it out on the floor and turned the light on to see a roach in a pool of water and spit. I’m done.
