OddsFi today announces its intention to facilitate a 1:1 token swap from $HXRO to $ODDS, targeted for the week commencing January 12th, 2026. Under the proposed structure, holders of $HXRO tokens will be eligible to exchange their $HXRO for $ODDS tokens on a one-to-one basis, with no change to nominal token quantity as a result of the swap. Following completion, $ODDS will serve as the primary token supporting activities powered by the OddsFi ecosystem. $ODDS is designed as a deflationary token embedded directly into the economic flows of the OddsFi network. All protocol fees generated across markets, net of base network and operational costs, are programmatically allocated toward the buyback and permanent burn of $ODDS tokens. This mechanism is intended to align long-term token supply dynamics with network usage and revenue, ensuring that increased economic activity translates into systematic supply reduction rather than inflationary emissions. This planned swap represents a strategic step in the continued development of OddsFi’s event-based network infrastructure. By migrating $HXRO holders into the $ODDS token, the ecosystem aims to consolidate economic activity, streamline liquidity, and align token utility directly with the next generation of prediction markets, ultra-short-duration event products, and programmable market mechanics being developed under the OddsFi network. The swap is currently targeted for the week of January 7, 2026, subject to final technical implementation, security audits, and operational readiness. Additional details, including eligibility criteria, supported wallets and exchanges, swap mechanics, and final timing, will be communicated well in advance of the swap window to ensure clarity and an orderly execution. $HXRO holders are not required to take any action at this time. Instructions will be provided prior to the opening of the swap portal. Contributors are committed to ensuring a secure, transparent, and non-disruptive process for all participants. All timelines and implementation details remain subject to change. Rely exclusively on official OddsFi communication channels for updates as the swap date approaches.
