Here's how new NFT projects should operate imo: 1. Create NFTs, put in their own money to make the project happen (pay for NFT creation, artists, mods, etc) 2. Put all revenue into a DAO Smart Contract Treasury, subtracting the initial costs -> pay out the creators 3. Team creates budget proposals for the DAO about how they want to spend X amount of the Treasury. Including Salary for the team. 4. Let the NFT holders vote. If the project creators leave, ideally someone else can take over & put in budget proposals. -> in the best case most budget proposals creates additional revenue for the treasury, letting it grow over time. -> other teams can join the project, requesting budgets and growing the treasury and NFT project over thyme. -> set up the whole project in a compliant way, as a DAO in Wyoming, Switzerland or Japan.
