@Mizby Events that use my builds, like Engine Room or Midnight Order have a hard no on AI slop & police it. I pioneered no AI rules into these events a few years ago, & I hope more events follow it. It doesn't seem to affect our attendance so far, & our quality stays pristine.

i wish events on SL would have some fucking backbone and say no to AI garbage products and AI enhancement of photos

@SLContraption I backed up all my shit into my hard drive knowing it was gonna auto install the new windows, didn't do it before and my former pc wouldn't even boot, had to do a clean format

Windows update messed with my machine and boots directly into BIOS, it can detect my SSD but wont boot with it. Product releases are on hold until I resolve this

@SL_Heloise @CriasRowlands So my situation was, I was using a samsung 980 2tb SSD, and used Windows 10. You may want to consider upgrading to 11.

Update - we have an OS running, and im in the process of pulling my workspace back together.

Been troubleshooting for over 12 hours. Finally got some progress. Wish us luck...

@SL_Heloise I think its for the one that happened 3 weeks ago, which apparently garnered similar complaints about ssds suddenly corrupting. I usually avoid updating until windows decodes to force it.
