If there is one systemic change I would like to see in the US, it would be the widespread introduction of N95/KN95 respirators for healthcare staff and messaging to the public that N95/KN95 respirators are far superior to 'baggy blues'.

If anyone wants to help I spent a few hours talking to medical students in Havana today who work at a hospital who said they need N95s or equivalents desperately. I’ve already worked with someone to secure 5,000 masks but 40,000 supplies their entire hospital staff for a year.

I hope no one needs an MRI this year. The world's largest producer of liquified helium is in Qatar and is shut off. We just got a notice that our supply for the year will be at least cut in half. No one could have predicted this (unless they thought about it).
