Turning 30 today. April marks 6 years of trading! Started at 24. Blew accounts. Revenge traded. Stayed up till 3am staring at charts plenty of nights studying There were stretches where I wanted to quit everything. Not just trading. Everything. Lost my dad to suicide and it broke something in me that took years to put back together. Therapy helped. Journaling helped. Having something to build toward helped 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 At some point I started tracking more than just my P&L. Sleep, mood, mistakes, whether I followed my own rules. Built a tool for myself to do it. After a while I figured if it helped me, maybe it'd help others too. MetriNote was born 6 years later I'm still trading & working on my psychology every day If you're in a rough spot right now, keep going. Sounds corny but I’m serious. The version of you that makes it through this part is the one that actually starts to unlock your dream life I believe in you ❤️
