The amount of draft capital to get Myles would be more to just trade up to get Bain. Then you have Bain on a rookie contract and the cornerstone of your D-line for 10+ seasons. Myles gives you 3-4 yrs (if you're lucky) of high level play. At some point his production will start to decline.
