See if I remove the 🏳️‍⚧️ from my bio everyone would recognize me as a woman. I’ve done this in the past and gone stealth before and people gendered me perfectly fine. Transphobes are the problem not trans people.

@SecretTyler41 that's because aversion just doesn't fit the definition, the whole definition of aversion is avoidance, not fear. that's literally it. fear fits more due to the origin of phobia.

@SecretTyler41 it's not really denying, it is just that the rest of the definition does not fit whatsoever. irrational fear is not the same as aversion, dislike or distrust, when 3/4 of the definitions puts irrational fear, it makes the definition of phobia to be irrational fear.

@rico_ryn Starving could imply someone has passed, that someone is actively nutrient deprived, or that someone is very hungry and all of which would be covered by the dictionary definition. What *you* are doing is picking one definition you’ve decided is best, and denying the others
