Can you feel it? Your emotions. No, no.. Don't suppress it. Embrace it. It's there - to tell you something. It's reporting your current state. It's not here to harm you. It's here to inform you. Observe it, and it will reveal everything to you. Feel within.

Life always seeks to balance itself. The equilibrium point is the eventual end. Most people are at this point. In their comfort zone. Unable to move. The only way forward- Is to step into discomfort and swing the pendulum back.

You wife. She is the representation of divine feminine. A reflection of creation: one yiu can converse with. How you treat her is how you treat the all. How she treats you is how you treat yourself deep within. Listen carefully to the patterns of her words, for it reveals all.

Fear often appears innocuous. Gradually, the more you feed into it, the more it latches onto you. The next thing you know, it is so ingrained into you that you wouldn't even notice. Mindfulness is the antidote to such an insidious plague. Be aware before it's too late.

Not everything will go your way. It's how you respond to the events that matter. Dwell in frustration begets more of it. Letting go opens up unseen that is favourable to you. Let go of expectations.

Seeing through the lens of Holism evolved my worldview faster than anything else. Reductionism taught me the basics, but it collapsed under complexity. Holism? It taught me to learn, link, and illuminate what others overlook. Learn, link, light.

I learned something today. My aim with my personal brand is not to quit my job. I actually love my job. It's just to help folks.

Ew... What's that sticking onto your legs? Is that guilt I see? What? You don't know how to get rid of it? Have you tried washing it off with forgiveness? Yes, it has to be self-forgiveness since it's stuck onto you, isn't it? Go on, give it a try!

Looking for confidence? External validation? No. That's like finding your house keys in the park when it's already in your pocket. All you have to do is dig within and use it.

Always question your beliefs from time to time. You may be holding on to other people's baggage, wondering why life is so heavy on you.

Never underestimate the power of self-acceptance. Often you'll think that you already accept yourself for who you are, but deep down, you know there is still resistance. Everyone goes through this. Once you are open to it, that's when you can stand up and move forward.

When was the last time you stopped to appreciate your achievements?

In a noisy world, Silence is golden. Such is the secret key to unlocking the door of your inner world. What begins with chaos of thoughts and feelings gently becomes tranquillity. Do it a few times, and you'll have access to your inner world at will.

Pepper Lunch's rice sets are crazy good; gotta say the same for its noodles. Even if it doesn't match up to the genuine article, the instant noodle version is up there in taste (made another after messing the first one up😅)

Perfectionist? Me? This can't be. But it was true. I discovered that I was plagued with perfectionist dogmas. Conditions had to be perfect. Everything must be completed, or it will be a botch. And so, I put things off- letting ideas wither with time. Kintsugi was my answer.

You can only go as far as your limiting beliefs. Like in process management, your maximum output is based on your bottleneck. Self-discovery identifies the chokepoints. Wisdom and knowledge supplants these beliefs with powerful ones. This is why you "know yourself".
